● Bachelor's degree in business administration, Arts Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s
degree is a plus.
● Proven experience (3–5 years) in business development, preferably in the art, culture, or creative
industries.
● Strong network within the art world or cultural sector (local or international).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proficient in proposal writing, CRM tools, and business analytics.
