Campaign Management:

Develop the art direction and recommend the campaign strategy along with anticipated outcomes.

Implement the campaign across our social media platforms and websites.

Execute email marketing, including press releases and newsletters.

Create and suggest new campaigns that are exclusively focused on online engagement.

Coordinate and create a schedule to coordinate campaigns across the three entities, ensuring an efficient workflow of the organization.

Analyze and report the effectiveness of communication efforts to inform data-driven decisions.

Collaboration with third-party websites essential for the campaign's success, including ticketing platforms, website builders, and email marketing services.

Content Creation:

Develop and recommend ideas for high-quality content

Execute content creation through documentation, including photography and videography.

Keeping up with trends and conducting competitor analysis to observe what similar art and cultural institutions are doing.

Public Engagement Management:

Respond to inquiries via email, social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls, ensuring a timely and effective communication.

Track registrations and manage submissions and responses related to initiatives, while coordinating deliverables with the participants involved.

On-Page SEO Optimization:

Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and images, to improve search engine rankings.

Ensure that the organization's business information is up to date and consistent across all online platforms, including Google My Business, to enhance local search visibility.

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, along with/or relevant work experience for at least 3-5 years in communications, public relations, or marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English) and the ability to engage with diverse audiences in the art and culture.

Thorough knowledge of various communication and marketing channels, third-party websites as well as Adobe programs.

Collaborating with team members and liaising with artists and workshop facilitators who contribute to the campaign's content.

Strong creative skills for content development and campaign design.
